Methodology :
Degreasing, activation, phosphating process, cathodic electro-deposit applied with epoxy

Transfer washing with mains H2O
Activation, 25 ºC,3 min.
Washing with mains H2O
Hot phosphating, 50 ºC,3 ~5 min.
Washing with mains H2O
Dripping-off
Immersion in diamide cathodic cataphoresis, at 25ºC, 3 min. Thickness: 12~30 micrometer.
Washing with mains H2O
Washing with U.F.(Ultra Filtered Water) , at 25ºC, 1 min.
Tunnel dripping
Stoving, 180ºC,100min.
