Product Description

Silicon powder was constituted by silicon resin, heat-resisting pigments, and additives etc. Cage after sand-blasting to clean surface then transfer to electro-sparying with silicon powder on the oven.Silicon powder has good characteristics in high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance. Products are applied in the  working conditions of flue gas from power plant, sintering plant and etc.

* Cages after manufacture → transfer to roller steel shot blasting derusting 30~60 seconds → dust and dirt removal
* Electrostatic Spraying with Silicon Dry Powder (thickness :60~100μm)→ Baking under 210~220 ºC 10 minutes → Baking under 200 ºC 3 minutes.
Test:
* Resistant to corrosion: Having 5% dilute hydrochloric acid and 5% dilute sulphuric acid anti-corruption standards tests, no obivious changes on the surface.
* High temperature resistance: 200ºC ;Peak temperature: 230ºC .
Application:* Zhengzhou Xinli Power Plant in Henan Province, Qilu Petrol-chemical Power Plant in Shandong Province, Beijin Gaojin Power Plant etc.
